Ancient techniques such as the distribution of fertilizer, the use of vegetable compost and
crop rotation increase microorganisms and minerals useful to the ecosystem.
It is the richness of organic substances and soil that gives plants the ability to defend
themselves autonomously from diseases.
We grow ancient seeds, free from economic agendas, monopolies and genetic
manipulation. We reproduce the seeds ourselves, selecting them by hand from the
previous season’s harvest.
