A wine inspired by the small stone beach of the same name that runs alongside our
vineyards and which, in the summer, welcomes locals in search of peace and refreshment.
Sassolino Beach is an organic sparkling rosé wine, naturally refermented in the bottle and
unfiltered. Hand-picked, pressed and white-processed wine from red Pinot Noir grapes.
